iNode Beacon; active scan detection functionality has been added (via the main LED); this makes it easy to determine whether the iNode is within range of a scanning device – the LED flashes twice in such cases; in addition, the Range Test feature can be enabled via the iNodeSetup programme (from version 4.14 onwards) – the LED flashes rapidly to indicate the detection of an active scan for 15 seconds following the last broadcast during which this occurred; Beta version;
